A secluded house with an extremely generous lounge, dining room, and kitchen that leads to the garden and decking area. Lounge and dining seating are provided in the garden, as well as a fantastic 12-person ‘swim tub’ –  a spectacular alfresco space! There is also a utility and cloakroom downstairs, as well as four generous bedrooms upstairs, two with en-suite, and a family bathroom. There is a fifth bedroom in the summer house, with en-suite shower facilities. A beautiful family house, ready for memories to be made in.

The space

This prestigious coastal residence will suit discerning guests seeking luxury. As you enter through the double front doors, there is a large reception area. To one side, there is a beautifully laid-out lounge, and on the other side is a large dining and entertaining area, with a dining table that seats 12 guests. The dining area leads through to the kitchen, which is well-appointed with a full range of appliances and facilities. From the kitchen is a lobby that opens out onto the sun terrace and chic summer house (with en-suite bathroom), which can be used as either a day room or accommodation for two additional guests. The large decked sun terrace includes a stylish dining table, lounge area and BBQ, as well as an amazing ‘swim tub’, with space for 12 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and utility room inside.

The four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, which overlooks the decked area, is also very generously sized and has another king-size bed with en-suite. The third and fourth bedrooms have the option of either king-size or twin beds. Extra children’s beds or cots can also be added into any of the bedrooms.

Guests can also benefit from the use of a beach hut at one of the local award-winning beaches – available upon request at an additional cost. Please enquire for further details.

  • The house is in a perfect location, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, and easy to walk to both Bournemouth pier and Sandbanks. The accommodation was great and easy flow between the living areas for get togethers, etc. The swim hot tub was a bonus.

  • The house is in a fantastic location, and set away from the main road which gives a great deal of privacy. Within 5 minutes you are on the lovely Bournemouth beach and easy walks to restaurants, family and dog friendly pubs. So no need for cars the whole weekend. We had everything at the house to make the trip away a memorable time for all.
