The space

Tucked away behind Broadstone Golf Club, this secluded home is really something special. High-end yet homely, its setting lends itself to making lifelong holiday memories. It boasts five bedrooms, one of which is within a beautiful annex – perfect for guests wanting to be ‘in the house yet separate’. The annex also has a large sitting area, divided into two spaces. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, and there are two large family bathrooms, both with shower attachments over the bath. The master bedroom and first-floor hallway lead to lovely balconies that overlook the garden.

The impressive open-plan living area has a kitchen, sitting area and dining table that seats six people. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of appliances and facilities, plus a large island as a focal point. The patio doors allow in lots of light, and back onto the expansive private garden. The outside space is perfect for entertaining, with a large lawn, hot tub, BBQ, dining table that seats eight people and two extra chairs at the end of the garden next to the firepit. The perfect spot to chat the night away with a glass of wine or beer in hand.
