The space

As its name suggests, Brownsea View has a stunning view of Brownsea Island, stretching across Poole Harbour. This ‘good for the soul’ vista can be soaked up via the roof terrace, accessed from both the master and second bedrooms, or from inside these rooms. The roof terrace is just part of the property’s outdoor appeal, however. With an outside kitchen, lounge, dining area, firepit and large lawn, this house is perfect for alfresco entertaining.

The indoor space is just as perfect, with an impressive open-plan living area, dining table that seats 10 people and separate ‘formal’ lounge. The living space features bifold doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of appliances and facilities, and a breakfast bar that seats four.

The five bedrooms and four bathrooms are spread across the first and second floors, with the living area situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower and bath. Two of the other generously sized double bedrooms also have en-suites. The children’s play room comes complete with an array of books, toys and games to keep your little ones entertained. This room can also double up as a study, with a dedicated work station.
