Property Requirements
We are always on the lookout for premium properties in exclusive locations to add to our collection. We don’t mind how big, small, traditional, modern or even quirky the properties we manage are, but we do demand one thing: high quality.
Whether you’ve been managing your second home by the sea for years and need a break, or you’re looking for someone to oversee letting your new luxury-apartment-shaped investment, be in no doubt that when you hand us the keys, your property will be extremely well looked after.
Property Facilities
Every property we manage must be self-contained and include all the facilities required for a pleasant stay. If, for example, it doesn’t have a washing machine so a trip to the launderette would be required to do laundry, it wouldn’t fit into our collection. Our properties are self-catering so the kitchen should ideally be well-stocked with equipment to make cooking and clearing up as stress-free as possible, such as a microwave, dishwasher and a user-friendly roll of cling film! Mod cons are encouraged but not essential. If in doubt, contact us and we’ll happily discuss if your property could work for Harbour Escapes.
Locations of Interest
We are lucky enough to be based in Poole, an area of outstanding natural beauty, renowned for its award-winning beaches. Whilst we cover all desirable locations within the vicinity, including Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Branksome Park, Lilliput, Lower Parkstone and Whitecliff, we have ventured further afield to include areas such as the River Hamble in Hampshire. We’re also open to new areas along the south coast if they fit the bill. All of our abodes have plenty of things to do on their doorstep and are either on or not too far from the water, whether that’s the sea, the harbour or the river.
