“I would highly recommend this accommodation if you have a large family group. The hosts where fab and couldn’t do more to help and the house was so clean when we arrived. The toy room was an added bonus for us with young children. The small touches also made a big difference from the welcome pack of essentials and the little things like cling film, salt and pepper (and lots of other supplies) in the cupboard for us to use”

“I rented this beautiful house to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday, it was perfect for my family especially my little 8months old granddaughter, Victoria has thought of everything you might need fir your stay, the house is very clean and tastefully decorated , The hosts were very helpful and arranged a cake and balloons at the last minute ready for our check in. Thank you Victoria and Charlie we will definitely stay again.”

“Amazing apartment in a wonderful location. Really comfortable bed and smart en-suite bathroom in master bedroom. Great to have TVs in all rooms too. Westbourne is an interesting area of Bournemouth with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and quirky shops. Best of all you can walk down to the sea. Victoria is a very warm and welcoming host. Would highly recommend this place. Even if it did rain all week it was a lovely place to be.”

“My family and I stayed at Rockmount for 2.5 weeks in November. It was during lockdown but we were moving house and needed somewhere to stay in between. We absolutely loved our time there. It has the feel of a cosy family home, plenty of space to spread out, beautifully decorated and maintained. Convenient for the shops and a short drive to the beach which was stunning even in the winter. We made great use of the log burner in the evenings too. My three year old spent his days in the garden or playing in the wonderful toy room! Victoria and Charlie are very attentive hosts and quick to respond should you need anything. Thoroughly recommend!”

“As a family of 5 with 3 young children, we can't say enough good things about our stay. Everything from bath toys to baby gates to wine for grown ups, nothing was forgotten. The house was so clean and there was so much delightful space inside and out; it's the ideal holiday setting. We made full use of the lovely beach hut as well as local recommendations for grazing platters (perfect for picnics) and fish n chips. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back.”

“The pandemic caused the extended family to postpone a couple of weeks in the Caribbean, opting for an Airbnb in Poole instead. You may ask where we’re going with this as there is no comparison. Well, the property is clean, classy and the amenities perfectly equipped for children, cooking and socialising. The kitchen is ideal for team work, this inspired some wonderful culinary delights. Our party had an age range of less than 1 year to 90, it turned out to be one of our most enjoyable group holidays ever, and so say all of us. Hot sunshine or rain, there was something for everyone. Thank you Harbour Escapes for facilitating such a wonderful experience.”

“Wonderful stylish and cosy apartment In Westbourne. The apartment is generous in size and has everything you need to have a relaxing stay in the area of Westbourne. The bedrooms are very generous in size and the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. I’ve never slept so well whilst away on holiday. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is located within minutes of lots of restaurants, shops and bars. The kitchen facilities are excellent and the dining table easily fits 4 people. There is a small car park with one space allocated per apartment. The apartment is close to Bournemouth and Poole and also gives easy access to other places on the coast line. Victoria the host is very helpful and responds to any questions very promptly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. It’s a gem.”

“Both Victoria and Charlie were absolutely fantastic hosts. They personally met us on arrival and made us feel right at home. The flat was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It is a beautiful bright and spaces flat. There was also plenty of toys and books for our kids. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking easy. The local beach Alum Chine is about a 15min walk from the flat. Its a nice scenic walk through woodlands after which you arrive at a beautiful sandy beach. Even with our 5 year old and 1 year old it was an easy walk and my daughter even found a fairy house someone had built in one of the trees along the path. Victoria and Charlie went the extra mile and arranged a baby cot and high chair for our baby boy. Even when we forgot to bring our own beach towels they arranged some for us. It was easy to communicate with them and they were always on hand with advice or if we needed anything. All in all one of our best Airbnb stays over the years. We will definitely be back”

“What a lovely homely and stylish place to stay. Really fabulously decorated with just about everything you could ever need. The little extras went over and above. If you have children you will be so pleased with the array of toys, child gates, kids cutlery and crockery, even a popcorn making machine... not forgetting the outdoor sandpit and swings. We didn’t have small kids with us and the child friendly touches were non invasive if you are an adult only group. Also a beautiful fish pond and we loved feeding the fish. Really lovely hosts and would recommend a visit to the beach hut.”
