Perfect for hosting a memorable family get-together, this modern house is extremely versatile and has a wonderful ‘feel’ to it. Both inside and outside spaces are fabulous, and the garden – complete with lounge and dining seating – gets sun for most of the day. All bedrooms are substantial in size, with enough floor space to add extra beds. The two top-floor bedrooms make fabulous family suites. This property is first-class in every way.

The space

This residence is an incredibly adaptable space, capable of accommodating a large family group with its six generously sized bedrooms. One of the most appealing features of this super property is the large kitchen/diner/lounge, which has bi-folding doors that open out onto the patio and garden. This offers a wonderful space for the whole family to spend time together. Inside, there is a dining table for 10, which can be extended to seat 14. It is placed next to the bi-fold doors to enable guests to eat and entertain inside and outside simultaneously.

There is also a separate ‘snug-style’ lounge on the ground floor, with TV – the perfect place for the family to relax and chill out. There is a downstairs double bedroom, as well as a downstairs cloakroom with WC. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility and laundry room.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is a very generous size, and comes with a super king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing area and a wall-mounted TV.  The second bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be split into two single beds if required. The third bedroom has a double bed and plenty of hanging space. The modern family bathroom on this floor has a bath with shower over it.

On the second floor, there are a further two large bedrooms, both with double-height ceilings and king-size beds. Both of these second-floor bedrooms can be used as family suites to accommodate larger groups. Dividing these bedrooms is a further bathroom, with separate shower.

The garden benefits from the sun for the majority of the day. There is a sofa area on the patio, as well as a large outdoor dining table and chairs capable of seating 10 guests. There is a separate children’s table and chairs outdoors as well. The garden is fully enclosed and child-friendly. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys and games to keep children of all ages entertained.
