The space
The house has three double bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed, a large family bathroom, an en-suite to the master bedroom and a ground floor toilet and basin. There are Freeview televisions in the kitchen, lounge and dining room.
The kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric hob and oven. A dryer is also available at the property. Luxury bedding/towels and hairdryers are provided.
The kitchen and separate dining room includes its own separate seating/TV area. The dining room provides access to a private garden area with rattan seating, a BBQ area and outside dining for up to 8 guests.

Our family had such a lovely break! Thanks for hosting us in your beautiful home. Everything was just perfect. Lovely space which was perfect for the whole family. Perfect location, well thought through space. Only regret was not using the garden as we were out everyday touring the various areas. Will definitely book again if we ever need a place in the Bournemouth area.

We stayed in this lovely property for 5 days and could not say a bad word about it! The house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and modern decor. The beds were extremely comfortable, all bathrooms equipped with toiletries and kitchen was fully equipped with essentials! The garden is a little sun trap which was beautiful to sit outside with the rattan furniture. The location is perfect 10 mins drive to lovely Sandy beaches and walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops. The hosts are extremely accommodating and communication was excellent before and during our stay ensuring our check in ran smoothly. On-site parking with 3 spaces was an added bonus too! Could not fault anything about this property, will definitely be returning!
