About
The space
Everglades is the epitome of stylish relaxation, beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings throughout. Situated up a long drive behind security gates, there’s plenty of parking space for several cars. Both the front and back gardens are completely private, with various areas for entertaining, dining, relaxing, exploring and playing. In fact, the lawn is large enough for you to host your own private sports day, should you so desire! Then you can ease your aching muscles in the bubbling hot tub.
Guests are greeted by a piano in the reception area, and are invited to tickle the ivories. The living room is decked out with super-comfortable sofas, where you can kick back to watch something on the cinema equipment. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of integrated appliances and cooking facilities, and has a breakfast bar with four tall chairs. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat eight people. The nautical-themed conservatory, complete with log burner and access to the outside patio, is also a wonderful spot to spend time.
The five bedrooms all have an en-suite – with the fourth and fifth bedrooms sharing a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. The impressive master bedroom has a staircase that leads to a galleried area overlooking the room. Its multi-aspect outlook, combined with double-height ceiling, means it’s streaming with natural light. The other bedrooms are also generous in size, with plenty of storage space for guests’ belongings.
Located in the distinguished Branksome Park neighbourhood, the shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries of Canford Cliffs village are just a short walk away. As is the beach.
