There is also a utility room on the ground floor.

The house can comfortably sleep 12 guests (with up to 8 adults) and there is scope to further increase the capacity.

The house has a secure rear garden area with a mix of artificial lawn and raised sundeck and plenty of outdoor lounge seating. The roof terrace also includes plenty of seating space. The front driveway provides parking for up to two cars. This stunning family house is located in Lilliput and provides easy access to Poole Harbour and beaches.

The space

‘Harbour View’ is a modern family house that has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. It offers an incredibly sociable living space as well as a roof terrace, sun deck and swim tub. This house is capable of accommodating a large family group, as it offers 5 very generously sized bedrooms, three with en-suite, plus a superb living space on the top floor with harbour views. There is also an option to add child’s beds or cots.

Other things to note

Guests can benefit from the use of the breath-taking roof terrace and a large swim tub in the garden. There is also the option to book a beach hut at one of the local award winning beaches – available upon request at an additional cost. Please enquire for further details.
