The space

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an open-plan design with a breakfast bar, and appliances that include a dishwasher, washing machine and a family sized fridge-freezer, microwave and a complete range of cooking utensils. There’s also central heating, Wi-Fi, and TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with vanity area and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom can be set up at your request, with either two single beds or a king-size bed. It also features fitted wardrobes to store your holiday essentials.

A sun-soaked garden provides a safe, fenced-in space and is surrounded by gorgeous-smelling pine trees. There is a selection of garden furniture and a BBQ, plus a washing line to dry your beach towels and swimming costumes ready for the next day. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys and games to keep children of all ages entertained.

  • We have just stayed at Pines View for 2 months in between house moves and Charlie and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. The apartment is brilliantly located for shops and all amenities, cafes, restaurants, bars and the coast is a 10 minute walk away. Other than the on-site parking bay there is plenty of free on-street parking. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided including flowers, fruit, tea/coffee etc., on our arrival. Although we chose not to, we could have had a weekly cleaner. We did however have a weekly linen/towel change and the communal areas are also cleaned weekly. The apartment is beautifully located surrounded by trees and gardens with its own fenced area complete with sun loungers and table and chairs. The view of the trees from the sitting room is lovely. We wouldn’t hesitate in either recommending or staying here again and in fact will miss the apartment and all it had to offer.
