The space
The house has two double bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed, a large family bathroom with dual sinks and a ground floor toilet and basin. There are Freeview televisions in the kitchen, lounge and in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric hob and oven. A dryer is also available at the property. Luxury bedding/towels and hairdryers are provided.
The extended kitchen/diner includes its own separate seating/TV area. It provides access to a private south facing courtyard area with rattan seating, a BBQ area and outside dining for up to six guests.

Perfect house with everything you need!! The house is located in a nice area with a few shops nearby and is only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. The house itself was clean, with a nice outdoor area to hang out (weather permitting) and it was fairly easy to find parking just outside the house. It is a family friendly place and I will definitely look to come back to this home when I am back in Bournemouth.

Beautifully turned out and comfortable home, feels spacious and the two outdoor areas are great for lounging and eating. Well positioned home between Bournemouth and Westbourne, and next to entrance to gardens. Would thoroughly recommend, and I'm sure we'll be back.
