The space
Silver Trees is a prestigious coastal residence that will suit discerning guests looking for both luxury and privacy. The property is laid out on one level and combines the inside and outside spaces seamlessly. As you enter through the front door, there is a reception area, which leads to a large kitchen/dining room. To one side, there is a contemporary lounge, with large TV and open fireplace. The living space features bi-fold doors to the rear sundeck and offers a dining table that seats 10 guests. The kitchen is well-appointed with a full range of appliances and facilities. There is also a cloakroom and utility room. The decked terrace includes a dining table and chairs, sunlounges and a plunge pool. There is also an outdoor lounge area and outside kitchen area with pizza oven, BBQ and a freezer. A hot tub would fit perfectly on the large decked sun terrace.
The five bedrooms and four bathrooms are located on the ground floor at one end of the house. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, which leads to the decked area, is also generously sized and offers a double bed with en-suite. The third and fourth bedrooms offer the option of either super king-size or twin rooms, and both have an en-suite shower. The fifth bedroom, guest bedroom, has a double Z – Bed. There is also an option to add extra child’s beds or cots into any one of the bedrooms.
Perhaps the most appealing feature of this super property is the sundeck, which offers a great space for the whole family to spend time together – whether it’s cooking, eating, drinking, relaxing or dipping in the pool. Take the plunge!

This property is a hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful trees, it felt like an absolute oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion, while still getting to the local amenities. We would thoroughly recommend heading to Rick Stein Sandbanks.

Not only is this a fantastic property, but the hosts were truly amazing in helping our daughter's birthday be the best – they helped to organise a fabulous cake and balloons. Furthermore, anything that we asked help with, Victoria and her team were there to make sure that our holiday went to smooth as possible. This is an absolutely lovely place, very relaxing and great for a short walk to the beach. There are some wonderful unique touches with this property, such as the outdoor pool and hot shower. The whole family would thoroughly recommend, and we hope to come back next year.
