This secluded house is extremely private and is set in an acre of tree-lined gardens. The house has four bathrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, plus a contemporary lounge and dining room. The beach is within a 15-to-20 minute walk and the nearest amenities are a short walk away at either Penn Hill or Canford Cliffs.

The space

Wherever you look in The Branksome Estate, you’ll be met with an abundance of luxury, quality and style. It offers a wonderfully versatile living space, connecting the indoors with the outdoors via bi-fold doors. This house will most certainly suit discerning guests who wish to spend much of their stay enjoying the alfresco lifestyle.

One of the most appealing features of this stunning property is the large private garden and the heated pool, which is surrounded by sunloungers and seating, as well as a firepit. At the top of the garden there is a wood, and near the pool there is a summer house, which provides an outdoor haven for relaxation as well as facilities for occasional accommodation. The garden is entirely enclosed, making it secure for both children and dogs. There is a private courtyard, which creates a wonderful space for alfresco dining. The outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, gas and coal BBQs, a fridge and bar area. Ideal for those long, balmy summer nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for four guests. The kitchen is connected to the courtyard via bi-fold doors and leads through to the dining area with seating for 10 guests. The kitchen also leads through to the drawing room, which has traditional bay windows and modern log burner, and bi-fold doors that also open out to the central courtyard. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms, including a master suite, as well as a family bathroom and two en-suites.


Guests can also benefit from the use of a beach hut at one of the local award-winning beaches – available upon request at an additional cost. Please enquire for further details.
