The space
This substantial family house has recently been modernised. It features a superb kitchen/dining room, with doors that open up onto a private rear garden and patio. There is also a summer house in the garden, which provides a great space for children. The open-plan kitchen/diner also incorporates a lounge, and there is a further snug/TV room.
There is also a study, a games room, a gym, plus a utility room and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are five large bedrooms, each with en-suite bath/shower rooms, set over the upper two floors. The top floor features a family suite with two king-size beds and space to add further children’s beds if needs be.
The whole house can comfortably sleep 14 guests, with scope to further increase the capacity with additional temporary beds.
Other things to note
Guests can also benefit from the use of a hot tub in the garden or a beach hut at one of the local award-winning beaches – available upon request at an additional cost. Please enquire for further details.

Holly and Victoria were extremely helpful from start to finish – nothing was ever too much for them. The Coastal Residence was an absolute dream, and gave our family a weekend to remember. The home was spotless for us upon arrival and our little girls were kept busy with all the toys left available. We were within reaching distance from all the lovely beaches and close proximity to grab a bite to eat. All in all, perfect service and a perfect getaway. Thank you to the Harbour Escapes team, we cannot wait to visit again.

This house is incredible. It is a lot of money to rent but worth every penny, and the thing that really made it so special was all the extra little details that Victoria and the team organised, such as the welcome pack and the fresh flowers. The Christmas decorations were beautifully done. It really does have everything you could possibly need and works so well for a big gathering. The open-plan area is great for getting together but there are also the other rooms for the kids to escape to (complete with Playstation) or the alternative lounge for a bit of peace and quiet. The addition of the hot tub made it even more fun! The location is situated in a quiet area but near enough to walk to the beach. Can't wait for another excuse to book again!

The house and photos does not give it the justification it needs. The property is wonderfully decorated and location is perfect, with just a short drive to the beach. We stayed with 5 kids of varied ages, they all had a room each and enjoyed the games room and the gaming room. With so much space it was an easy stay for us. So a great place for a big family like ours or even two families. We brought our little dog, who also enjoyed his stay. The management team was super friendly and more then accommodating. The house is pricey but when you get there you understand why, high spec and full of quality throughout. I am sure many more families will enjoy their stay in this property!!! We will definitely come and stay again.
