There are two beautiful and spacious lounges. All bedrooms are on the first floor and are substantial in size; a couple with the option to add an extra bed or cot. The house can comfortably sleep 8 adults and there is scope to increase the capacity to 10 or 11 guests in total.
The house has a secure garden area with a mix of patio and lawn areas and plenty of outdoor lounge seating. The front driveway can accommodate 4 cars. This is a wonderful family house in a quiet, yet well located street.

We had a wonderful stay, comfortable and spacious rooms big enough for our two families. Stylish decor and quality beds and furniture. The house is situated in a quiet road just a few minutes walk to a shop and a couple of bars and restaurants. The walk to the lovely beach and village was about 30 minutes with children, but worth the effort! We would return again without hesitation.

Coastal Retreat is a fabulous home for a week of Poole and Dorset adventures. Close to the beach (5 minute drive), seven of us (two families) were super comfortable. The kids took over one of the living rooms for TV and games and each night the adults took over the comfortable garden seating. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (we weren't missing anything) there's a BBQ, garden games and clean bathrooms with good showers. Highly recommend for a luxury, spacious stay.
