The space
The Fairway is located just next to the prestigious Parkstone Golf Club and provides an oasis of tranquility. With truly stunning indoor and outdoor spaces, the private rear garden offers the perfect alfresco entertaining area, including a dining table with chairs and the perfect spot for an optional hot tub. Inside, there are five bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. The master bedroom opens up onto a balcony terrace, which overlooks the peaceful garden. It’s a prime spot for your morning coffee or to catch the evening sun. There is plenty of floor space throughout the various bedrooms for children’s beds or cots, which we can provide.
Luxury runs throughout the entire house, with elegant furnishings and stylish design features in abundance. The main living area, which overlooks the garden, is a fantastic open space that includes an informal lounge area, a spacious dining area next to doors that open up to the garden, and a kitchen, which is well-appointed with everything you’ll need. The kitchen also boasts an enviable central island and accommodates the main cooking facilities. The bright, spacious formal sitting room is decked out with striking furnishings. There is ample parking on the driveway for at least four vehicles.
Located close to the prestigious village of Canford Cliffs (which offers a selection of cafes, restaurants and bakeries), the beach is just a short walk away – as are the beautiful gardens of Compton Acres.
