Harbour Escapes is proud to offer the Vista Collection. A pair of stunning contemporary residences nestles in a quiet corner of the prestigious Sandbanks rea. The properties are located approximately 100 metres from Poole Harbour, and each one offers spectacular views and superb privacy. Collectively, the Vista Collection can provide accommodation for up to 26 guests.

Together, the properties Vista Mare and Vista Baia boast around 6,000 sq. ft. of luxurious accommodation arranged over three floors. The large open-plan living areas are extremely generous in size and perfectly suited for entertaining. There are eight double bedrooms, all with designer en-suite bathrooms, a further twin bedroom, a cinema room that can provide additional accommodation, a children’s room with bunk beds and sofa bed, and an office. The properties offer plenty of outdoor entertaining spaces, with terraces at both the front and rear of each house, which are suitable for alfresco dining.

The space

The Vista Collection comprises Vista Mare and Vista Baia; two contemporary Sandbanks houses with a striking design, both of which have been beautifully appointed using high-quality materials throughout. Each situated behind separate security gates, you’ll appreciate the modern style and elegance from the moment you walk through the door, as you are greeted by an ultra-modern triple-height grand entrance hall and a feature oak-and-glass staircase. The attention to detail is sublime. Externally, there are private rear and front terraces to enjoy the beautiful sunsets across Poole Harbour.

The living spaces each offer a dining table that seats six to eight guests, and feature sliding doors to the rear patio. The kitchens are well-appointed with a full range of appliances, and the large islands offer additional seating as breakfast bars. The rear patio terraces are generous enough to fit hot tubs – we can arrange rental of one should you so desire.

The nine bedrooms and eight en-suite bathrooms are located across the top and ground floors, with the living areas situated on the first floors. The master bedrooms offer breathtaking views of Poole Harbour and have king-size beds, as well as en-suite showers and bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms with Juliet balconies are each generously sized and offer double beds with en-suite shower rooms. The fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have super king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms. The cinema room in Vista Baia offers a state-of-the-art cinema system, as well as sofa beds that offer the option of increasing the accommodation capacity. The fifth bedroom in Vista Mare is a twin. The office room is located on the ground floor in Vista Baia and provides guests with a quiet place to work during their stay. The children’s room in Vista Mare offers bunk beds and sofa bed, plus plenty of games and toys. There is also an option to add further child’s beds or cots into any of the bedrooms.

One of the most appealing features of these properties is the superb sun terrace at the front, which provides spectacular views of Poole Harbour. A great space for spending family time together – whether it’s eating, drinking or relaxing! The patios to the rear of the properties are each an extension to the main living areas, with sliding doors that open up to provide ample seating and BBQs to enjoy alfresco dining.
