Our Team

Our core team is small but perfectly formed. Combined, we bring a wealth of experience from our previous professions, travel adventures and life experiences, which all add up to equal a superb holiday for you. Our behind-the-scenes teams – housekeeping, maintenance, guest services – are also highly experienced in the business of keeping guests happy. Together, we know that – cliché alert – teamwork makes the dream work.


Charlie looks after the day-to-day running and management of the business. Charlie has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and serviced apartment sector and is truly passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our clients.


“My love of travelling has taken me all over the world, and I’ve seen my fair share of hotels and Airbnb houses on my travels. As a host and owner of holiday rentals, I can’t wait to show fellow travellers the same great hospitality that I have received across the globe. Some of my interests include learning new DIY skills, listening to music, paddleboarding and exploring the countryside on foot and bike with my family.”


Victoria takes responsibility for the end-to-end Guest Experience and takes reporting responsibility for the operational team. Victoria has over 8 years of sector experience, gained in a variety of guest facing roles. Victoria has the support of a highly proficient team.

Guest Services

Our Guest Services team has a wealth of experience in delivering first-class service to our guests. For our team, nothing is too much trouble and our team will bend over backwards to fulfil our guests’ every whim; not just service with a smile but with an ear-to-ear beam!


Our Maintenance team is highly skilled in resolving even the most complex of issues, and if needs be can work around our in-house guests to take care of any issues that might arise. Highly competent, professional and trustworthy.


Our Housekeeping team will always deliver service to an exceptionally high standard. Each team member has been highly trained to follow all of the latest COVID-19 safety guidelines and cleaning standards with meticulous detail.
