About
The space
This prestigious residence will suit discerning guests seeking luxury and comfort. As you enter through the front door, there is a large reception area. To one side, there is a beautifully laid-out sitting room with feature log burner, and on the other side is a large living room with kitchen, dining area, lounge and games area with pool table and dartboard. The dining table can extend to seat up to 20 guests. The dining area leads through to the kitchen, which is well-appointed with a full range of appliances and facilities. The kitchen/living area features large doors that open up onto the patio and rear garden. The annex offers a further bedroom and en-suite shower room, plus kitchenette and lounge, which can be used as either a garden room or accommodation for two guests. The large patio/sun terrace includes an extending dining table and BBQ, as well as an amazing hot tub, with space for six people. There is an outdoor shower, as well as a downstairs shower room and utility room in the main house.
The main house boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms (four en-suite), which are located on the two upper floors, with the exception of the downstairs shower room. The master and second bedrooms have super king-size beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms have the option of either super king-size or twin beds. There is a children’s bedroom with a bunk-bed over a double bed and a pull-out trundle, which is suitable for a total of four kids. On the second floor, there is a further master en-suite bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a super view of the garden. The garden annex offers guests a separate self-contained space, including a bedroom with en-suite shower, a lounge and kitchenette.
Additional children’s beds or cots can be added into any of the bedrooms.

A lovely place to stay! The house was extremely tidy and clean, very spacious, and easily fit our large family of 14. There was something for everyone with lots of games, both indoors and outdoors, and the communal areas came fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful ahead of check in and provided us with lots of local recommendations. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and local pubs/shops. Overall, we had a fantastic week away and we’re already talking about coming back!

Lots to keep you entertained - hot tub, pool table, darts, lots of DVD’s, books, racket sports, toys for children, sky tv, amazing Wi-Fi…. and it is a short run or drive to great Dorset beaches - Sandbanks in particular is my favourite. This was a very good place for a family reunion. The house offered a good choice of bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms, great reception rooms with a good kitchen layout to sit, chat and cook at the same time. A poole table, darts, games, tv with a fantastic choice of channels, a jacuzzi, a lawn for ball games, an outdoor fire pit meant we had the choice of fantastic activities for all in the house. Easy and beautiful walk to a sandy beach too. Very lucky with the weather meant we made the most of the local area as well as a trip to Brownsea Island.

Wow, 21W is an awesome house! We had a really memorable stay here with extended family and enjoyed everything about this house. Whilst the photos are certainly really helpful, in reality this house completely exceeded our expectations. The house had everything that you could need as a large family group and provided plenty for all members of our family to do – whether it’s the hot tub, the wide variety of games, large TV’s, reading a book by the wood burner or the annex to chill out (or escape!) – this house really caters well for a wide breadth of ages and interests. Harbour Escapes were really engaging and helpful from start to finish. We would recommend this place without hesitation!

We stayed at 21W for a long weekend to celebrate a special occasion amongst family and friends. This superb house couldn’t have been any more suitable for our needs. It had everything we needed to keep both the adults and the children in our group fully entertained! The hot tub, pool table, darts board and all the games facilities were a hit for everyone. The hosts, Harbour Escapes, were very attentive throughout our stay and provided plenty of helpful advice on where to go and what to do during our stay. They also provided a lovely welcome hamper, which was greatly appreciated. The house itself is very nicely furnished and was perfect for a larger group with 7 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area with a super-sized dining table was a heart of the house and the patio doors opening to a stunning garden was very relaxing. Our stay at Harbour escapes was amazing, if anything the photos don't do it justice. The kitchen is really well-kitted out with everything you need, there is a great fire pit for marshmallows in the garden. Everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the Harbour Escapes team were really accommodating, with tips for the local area and flexible checkout. Absolutely 5 stars, completely perfect, we had so much fun and would love to come back.
