As well as a private outdoor space to the rear of the property – featuring a large covered hot tub and a patio suitable for alfresco dining – the property also offers two roof terraces, giving guests additional breakout (and chill-out) space.

The space

Compton Villa is an oasis of calm, with truly stunning indoor and outdoor spaces. The private rear garden exudes an almost-tropical vibe, with scattered palm trees and laidback decking. The covered hot tub has room for eight guests, and the alfresco entertaining areas include a dining table with chairs and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Inside, there are five bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. The master bedroom opens up onto a balcony terrace, which overlooks the peaceful garden. It’s a prime spot for your morning coffee or to catch the evening sun. There is plenty of floor space throughout the various bedrooms for children’s beds or cots, which we can provide.

Modern luxury runs throughout the entire house, with elegant furnishings and stylish design features aplenty. The sitting room is spacious yet cosy, while the bright, airy conservatory offers another space for relaxing and socialising. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you’ll need, including a state-of-the-art coffee machine, with more beverage options than you can shake a stir stick at! The kitchen also boasts an enviable central island – which doubles as a breakfast bar – and accommodates a wine cooler and additional oven. Speaking of bars, there is a fabulous one just off the conservatory, complete with high seating for three. Just ask and we can arrange for the bar to be fully stocked with all the tipples, mixers and cocktail shakers you desire.

Located close to the prestigious village of Canford Cliffs (which offers a selection of cafes, restaurants and bakeries), the beach is just a short walk away – as are the beautiful gardens of Compton Acres.
