The space
This prestigious coastal residence will suit guests seeking a magnificent break. As you enter through the front door, you will immediately notice the high-quality finish of the house. There is a reception area that leads to a stylish garden room, which can be used either as a chill-out area or as the fourth bedroom (there is a foldaway bed with a full-depth mattress). This versatile room has bi-folding doors to the rear garden and an en-suite shower room. The rest of the accommodation is on the first floor, which offers a stunning master bedroom with balcony, en-suite shower room and four-poster super king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms – each with king-size beds – and the family bathroom can also be found on this floor. A twin-bed configuration can be arranged in the third bedroom should you wish. Additional children’s beds or cots can be added into any of the bedrooms upon request.
The stunning loft-style living room on the second floor has a feature fireplace as the centrepiece. This exceptionally large room offers a fully fitted, contemporary kitchen with an island and bar seating, a dining area with space for eight guests, and a comfy lounge area with bi-folding doors that open onto a full-width balcony – complete with table and chairs and a harbour view. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. The rear garden and patio provides a private area that catches the sun all day round. We enjoyed a perfect short break at this amazing house. It was immaculately presented and spotlessly clean when we arrived, the welcome package was really appreciated and the communication from Harbour Escapes was very easy. The best feature for us was the harbour view from the living room which was captivating! There was plenty to do in Lilliput and we would highly recommend a visit to Koh Thai restaurant and Mark Bennetts café, both of which were a short walk away. We’ll certainly be returning in the summer!

This is a great house. Very nice modern furnishings and spotlessly clean. We loved the top floor living room and looking out over the harbour, with the wood burner roaring away. The hosts, Harbour Escapes, were really helpful and communication was super easy. We really enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in Lilliput and at the nearby marinas and we will definitely be back in the summer!

We enjoyed a perfect couple of days away at Harbour Lookout. We have stayed in plenty of luxury holiday rental properties, and this was undoubtedly the cleanest and most stylishly furnished of all the places we have stayed. We especially enjoyed looking out over Poole Harbour from the living room and balcony – the view was amazing! Harbour Escapes looked after everything and were great to deal with. We would certainly recommend this stunning house!

This listing is absolutely gorgeous. So many details contributed to our family’s wonderful experience here - we had 3 adults and two children, and we had plenty of space. The interior design and architecture really stood out. The kitchen is a destination unto itself.
